What is SAMaGRA ERP?
A manufacturing ERP built in Pune for owner-operated job-work and sheet-metal shops. Sales, purchase, inventory, production and job work, finance and compliance, with GST, e-invoice and e-way bill built in, a Tally export, and WhatsApp alerts.
Is it for a small shop?
Yes. It is designed for a shop the owner runs personally, from a phone on the floor, and it grows with you. You pay for the modules you use.
Does it replace Tally?
No. Your accountant keeps Tally. SAMaGRA runs the factory and exports every sales, purchase, receipt and payment voucher to Tally, correct to the rupee. Nothing is typed twice and nothing is ripped out.
Does it handle GST, e-invoicing and e-way bills?
Yes. The tax on every document comes from the calculation engine, never from a typed rate. E-invoice IRN and QR are on the invoice, and the e-way bill goes out with the challan.
How long does it take to start?
The first pilot, a five-person fabrication unit, was creating challans and invoices from phones on day three. A typical start is two to six weeks, depending on your data and how much you want changed.
Can it be changed for how my shop works?
