Module · Sales
From the first quotation to the rupee collected.
Every sales document is one step from the last one. A quotation becomes an order, the order becomes a challan and an invoice, and the invoice tells you the day it is paid.
What it produces
- Quotation
- Priced from your price lists; a blanket order is a rate agreement, so quantity stays indicative and the rate is the commitment.
- Sales order
- Line-level delivery dates only when a line ships earlier than the order. Approval sits in the summary, not in a tab.
- Delivery challan
- Vehicle, transporter and e-way bill on the same sheet the driver carries.
- Tax invoice
- Tax lines come from the calculation engine, never typed. E-invoice IRN and QR on the print.
- Credit note and receipt
- Returns and part payments post against the invoice they belong to.
What is different about it
Pick items from a basket, not a dialog
Invoicing from an order shows the order lines as a basket and the catalogue beside it. Quantity is typed inline. Nothing you have picked is ever filtered away.
Never lose a keystroke
Every create screen drafts itself as you type and restores with a banner if the phone rings mid-way. Your last customer and warehouse are remembered.
Receivables you can act on
Outstanding by customer and by age, on one money axis, with the overdue list pushed to WhatsApp every Monday.
