Module · Purchase
Material in, matched to what you ordered.
A requisition from the floor becomes a purchase order, the gate receives it as a GRN, and the supplier invoice is matched against both before anyone pays.
What it produces
- Purchase requisition
- Raised from a reorder level or by a supervisor; approved on the phone.
- Purchase order
- Supplier, rates and delivery schedule; sent as a print or a PDF on WhatsApp.
- Goods receipt note
- Received quantity, rejected quantity and the reason. Stock moves the moment it is saved.
- Supplier invoice and debit note
- Matched to the PO and the GRN; short supply and rejections become debit notes.
What is different about it
Daily expenses in the same book
Diesel, consumables, a machine repair: small purchases are posted as expense entries against a work centre, so machine-hour cost is real, not estimated.
Supplier ledger without a second system
What you owe, what you paid, what is due this week, by supplier, exported to Tally as vouchers.
Rejections close the loop
A rejected quantity on the GRN is recorded where the debit note is raised from, not in a diary at the gate.
Also built in
- Supplier master with GSTIN
- Partial deliveries against one PO
- Approval before release
- HSN on every item, eight digits
- Purchase register export
- Audit trail on every change
Five minutes on WhatsApp is worth more than a forty-page RFP.
