Photograph it. Say it. Ask it. Then approve.
Sārathī is the AI assistant inside SAMaGRA. It reads what you give it, a photo of a supplier’s bill, a PDF, an Excel sheet, and proposes the entries. Nothing is written until a person approves, and every step is in the audit trail.
What it produces
- A bill, from a photo
- Photograph the supplier’s bill. Sārathī reads the lines, the invoice number and the supplier into a draft purchase invoice for you to check.
- Your registers, from a spreadsheet
- Send the item list or the customer list as Excel or PDF at onboarding. Sārathī drafts the masters and asks before it invents a code, a unit or a category.
- Plain words in the search bar
- Type what you mean, such as overdue invoices from Chakan this month, and the list you meant opens.
- Your voice
- Speak instead of typing on the floor, and have a screen read aloud when your hands are busy.
- Owner dashboard
- Pending dispatch, cash due, rejections. Then the rest, collapsed.
- WhatsApp alerts
- New PO, dispatch done with e-way bill, payment received, GST filing due, Monday overdue list, morning and evening summaries.
- Push alerts for the floor
- Reorder level hit, rejection over threshold, job-card milestones. A separate, noisier profile for the supervisor.
- Reports
- Each one opens with a sentence and the exceptions you can click, before any total.
What is different about it
Approve, never autopilot
The assistant proposes; a person approves. Each approved step runs once, is written once, and is audited with what it cost.
Every alert opens the exact screen
A message is a deep link. Tap it and you are on the order, the challan or the item it is about.
Silence is designed
Never on the owner profile: stock entries, logins, drafts, job-card edits. The cap is five a day.
Also built in
- Marathi and English message templates
- Notification feed in the app, grouped by day
- Unread filter
- Per-event switches under Settings
- Export of any report
- Keyboard verbs mapped to Tally habits
- Works as an installed app on Android
Five minutes on WhatsApp is worth more than a forty-page RFP.
